  Developing a clear role and mission, the client's research & development division was defined as an overall innovation-centre for the entire organisation. On such basis, a continuous innovation and product development process was created. Based on well-defined steps and check points, this makes it possible to go from vague ideas to marketable products.

  Allowing various partners to display their products and services, a virtual platform has been developed for the client's special needs. Thereby, the focus was set on such products and services which cannot be presented properly on a physically present basis. This way, a virtual portfolio creates added value and builds a future-oriented hybrid-solution connecting virtual and physically present components.

  In cooperation with an IT-company the functional basis for an IT-tool was developed. The tool's purpose was to shape and display extensive interrelations and connections within organisations clearly and comprehensibly. The focus was on usability and intuitive handling.

  In cooperation with a university and a corporate academy, a curriculum for educating future leaders was designed and implemented. The focus was on creating future options, strategy development and out-of-the-box thinking.
